Payment options

Standard Timber Buildings, Cabins, Gazebos, Summer Houses, Garages. 

50% minimum deposit is required for a standard order to be placed. This includes our Summer Houses, Gazebos and Cabins. 

  • To proceed with your order you can either choose to pay 50% of total price with outstanding 50%, or you can pay the full 100%. The remaining balance is due upon notification of delivery. 

Cladded Timber Buildings

20% is the minimum deposit for a made on site Timber Building to be placed.

  • For a Timber Building built on site to specifications product, the deposit is 20%, or you can pay the full 100%. We then ask for further payments in stages depending on the complexity of your project. 

Full payment must be received by the day of delivery. 

If you opt for our professional installation service, payment for this can be made on the day of completion unless otherwise stated.
